What do we do?

As any young association, our first steps were directed to building the minimum social base to start working. Once we achieved this object, we started editing a quarterly bulletin to inform the members of our progress as an association and the news from Nesa Karangal. The next project we worked was sending three volunteers to India (two of them were paediatricians) to collaborate with COPE TRUST in sanitary projects = evaluation of the health state of the children in Nesa and of the inhabitants of neighbouring villages.The next project we are working on is managing three volunteers from India to collaborate with COPE TRUST in sanitary projects (evaluation of the health state of the children in Nesa and of the inhabitants of neighbouring villages), since two of them are paediatricians. And, as one of our more recent projects that has been very welcome, we can mention the creation of a fostering program for the boarding children in Nesa Karangal.

From now on, our work consists of starting new projects, but we have to keep working on improving the already existing ones and we have to fight to increase the number of members and fostered children. We aim for this web page to become a vehicle for updated information that reaches a larger and larger number of people.
